Rhubarb
Rhubarb, (Rheum rhabarbarum), actually a vegetable, native to Asia and grown for its large edible leafstalks that have cholesterol lowering qualities. The leaves contain toxins, including oxalic acid, and are not eaten.
Lemon thyme
Native to the Mediterranean area, lemon thyme is very fragrant and is particularly well know for its relaxing effects.
Lemon verbena
Lemon verbena has a bright, slightly sweet, herbaceous flavor with a distinct hint of lemon and is commonly used to relief symptoms of colds.
